The bags in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours, the others will be shipped within 5-7 days.
Shipping Notes
We can ship the parcel to any address in the world. We usually send the package via EMS or DHL . Shipping time relate with the shipping method and countries. Once the order was shipped, a tracking number will be email to you. With this tracking number you can track the status of your package anytime.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and phone number when you place your order on our web. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
Note: You may be liable for customs fee, once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for these charges.We have no way of controlling or predicting them. Since these policies vary widely from country to country, you are advised to contact your local postal office for more information. But to many countries, it is not neccessary to pay such fee.

Normally, our shipping way is Air-express by EMS(Global Express Mail Service), and the items are sent by courier to your door. We can also shipping the package by DHL or TNT, but this two ways cost more than EMS. We only ship to Germany and Italy by TNT or DHL. It will take about 3-5 days for shipping,go through your customs easily and don’t need pay any taxes. Usually, the shipping time is 5-7 days, but it will take about 7-10 days to Spain(if by EMS).
